Notes of almonds, raisins and orange blossom honey.

Fuding, Fujian province, China.

INTRODUCTION:

Made from a combination of unopened tea buds and freshly spouted leaves, our Spring White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) brews a light golden infusion with a hint of sweetness reminiscent of dried apricot and almonds.

BREW GUIDE:

Per cup: 2 tsp  80°C  3 minutes

Can be infused multiple times.
