Faced with my child’s fears, how can I reassure and calm him?
Fear of the dark, fear of monsters, fear of the wolf or fear of the unknown … Our children grow up with fears which, even if they are normal, can be overcome. Tearing up a drawing with your nightmare, inventing a story of monsters with your puppets or breathing calmly … these are all activities and moments of accomplice to share in order to learn as a family to overcome your fears.
The activity book will accompany you during the different periods of the child’s growth in the face of the fears associated with it:
