Alcohol vinegar 8% from Droguerie écologique is an aqueous solution with 8% acetic acid. It is traditionally used worldwide for food preparations. However, it can also be used excellently as a cleaning product, can be used in many different ways, is ecological and not expensive. It has numerous properties: food preservative, fat remover, odor remover, decalcifier, cleaner … and is used for numerous purposes: food, household, personal hygiene and cosmetics. It acts like a weak acid CH3-COOH, which means that it can neutralize weak bases and especially decompose carbonates (like the lime in our pipe systems).
